Step 1: Introductory Consultation (45 minutes)
Discuss the productivity challenges you’re facing in the business and the results you need. See what’s possible for both the organization and the individuals who can drive growth and productivity. (Prepare to be pleasantly surprised!)
Step 2: Commitment (1 hour)
During this consultation, you and Nancy will discuss how the Turnaround Program can be customized to your organization. You will also identify and commit to at least 5 employees who can most readily step into this coaching process and drive results in the business.
Step 3: Discovery and Strategy (3 x 1-hour)
In these strategy sessions, Nancy will help you define short and long term goals for the Program, including concrete action steps. This is also the time to refine the conversation about employees who are motivated and talented, yet chronically disorganized and underperforming.
To ensure coachees can fully leverage their production-potential, buy-in is key. Nancy will help you get clear about what each employee can achieve within the program and how that will impact the business at large.
Points for discussion will include:
- The mechanics of Nancy’s coaching and facilitation process.
- Establishment of needs, goals and priorities for the program.
- Further definition around what is frustrating you / leadership most.
- Get clear on your motivations as a business owner / manager.
- Get clear on your business’ purpose and strategic objectives.
- Identify potential roadblocks and discuss how to overcome them.

From here, Nancy can begin to chart a course for reshaping behaviors and improving outcomes.
Step 4: Final Approvals (5 x 1-hour)
You and Nancy will finalize decisions about who within the business will receive one-on-one coaching. Then you’ll brainstorm and record a written plan for each employee, including:
- Productivity goals, day-to-day and long term.
- Concepts and teaching points to be introduced.
- How the coaching conversation will look for each person.
Tracking and accountability to measure ROI and results
By committing to a defined process, in writing, for each coachees, you are more likely to experience the results you’re striving for. Individual employees are also more likely to demonstrate their “high-performing” abilities more quickly.
Step 5: Introductory Coachee Consultations (1 hour each)
Coachees must buy-in to the purpose and intent of the program, preparing to work in alignment with the overarching goals of the organization. These intro sessions establish rapport with coachees and ensure commitment to clear and realistic goals. Goal forms will have been completed by this time and can be discussed.
By the end of each session, coachees will understand objectives, expectations, time lines, process and deliverables.

Step 6: Change-Now Weekly Coaching Sessions
Nancy will come to your place of business (or secure an offsite location) 1 day a week for 8 weeks. Each coachee will meet with Nancy for a 35-minute, private laser coaching session.
In these coaching sessions, Nancy will employ elements of her
7-step proprietary process for facilitating rapid behavioral change:
- Identify challenges and obstacles that are creating frustration.
- Get clear on the big picture as well as the “moving pieces” that are shaping that big picture.
- Co-create a picture of post-program success.
- Establish concrete goals for getting there.
- Reduce each goal to manageable parts (small wins to big wins).
- Set up systems for action, accountability and focus.
- Execute and deliver, using tools and skills that enable productivity—no matter what is happening at work!

Step 7: Sustained Productivity (3 Months)
To cement the new behaviors into lasting skills, coachees have the added assurance of ongoing, “as-needed” support from Nancy.
This sustainment phase includes 2 x 30-minute calls per month for each coachee. Nancy will also offer 10-minute “check-in calls,” availability permitting.
ADDED SUPPORT BONUS: Throughout the life of the program, managers are invited to check in with Nancy periodically via email or phone to vet concerns, get progress updates or ask questions.
Step 8: Turnaround Assessment and Follow-Up.
At the close of the 6-month program, Nancy will assess outcomes and provide you a written report including:
