I help distracted executives, sales managers, entrepreneurs and Type-A business owners get a better handle on managing everything that has to get done with way more ease and way less stress. The goal is to reduce overwhelm and increase productivity. They are all dealing with work related challenges such as handling the onslaught of information, attempting to get organized, follow through, difficulty managing multiple projects and tasks and overall attempts to maximize their time. Together we work on the sustainable skills, systems and accountability required to stay focused and effective in today’s fast-paced world of competing priorities.

I have been an executive coach and consultant for the past ten years and prior to that, worked corporately in broadcasting sales/marketing/media buying which included mentoring, training and new business development. That experience taught me, among many other things, how to get fast, laser-focused, great results.

Additionally, I have a sub-specialization and comprehensive expertise in the field of Adult ADHD where my experience and best practices uniquely qualify me to work with professionals, small business owners and entrepreneurs who are inundated with information and the overwhelm that is decreasing their ability to be as productive and profitable as they are capable of being. Modern life demands that we find the necessary skills needed to juggle overwhelming workloads and overflowing to-do lists in order to optimize performance, efficiency and productivity.
