“We’ve worked together for a few months now, and I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for the wonderful experience it’s been. The amount of knowledge I’ve accumulated, and professionalism I’ve acquired truly made, and will continue to make a difference to me and my company. I was very impressed with your style of coaching. Instead of feeding me detail by detail how to do things, you made me think, and come up with ideas for myself, with your guidance alongside, thus allowing the ideas and insights to become a part of the way I work. Your coaching on communication skills enhanced my ability to get things done properly, timely and efficiently, and the entire company has gained from that. You have coached me on time management which made my work day a whole lot more powerful. I now know how to delegate tasks, create new processes, start new systems, run meetings and manage my responsibilities. Based on my experience, I feel that any business would truly benefit from your coaching skills.”

“I would like to highly recommend Nancy Snell as a coach (not only for ADHD), but anyone considering or in the process of opening a new business. When I first met Nancy, I had recently started my business and immediately felt overwhelmed. Although I was excited about the fun portions of my work, the details of running a new company got me into an all too familiar rut. I felt as though I had become paralyzed, never really making any significant progress, and seemingly falling behind each day.
However, shortly after beginning my work with Nancy, I began to see progress. She worked with me on breaking down all of my projects and duties into smaller, more manageable assignments. As I began to see some light at the end of the tunnel, my confidence in myself and my business began to grow. Most importantly, I began to think more clearly about what I wanted to do with my company and what steps I needed to get there. I realized that spending money on outsourcing as well as bringing in part time help would greatly improve my efficiency, delegating skills and allow me to concentrate on my more rewarding tasks. It worked! As a result, I got my first big development deal approved and have been thriving ever since.
I realize that I have been able to change my perspective on my ability to run my business as well as increase my confidence in my ability to be successful.
Thank you Nancy!”

“Making a professional investment in myself was one of the best decisions I ever made. Above all else, working with Nancy made it possible for me to do what I knew I should be doing but never could.
When I was referred to Nancy, I was overwhelmed by day to day tasks and feelings of inadequacy on the job that often sent me into panic and paralysis. Seemingly small responsibilities were overwhelming me and I was feeling unqualified, which in my senior level position, was not OK! I felt unprepared and continually caught off guard by everyday matters.
The first thing I wanted to accomplish was a plan to make things better at work. I wanted to learn the skills so I could be prepared and get myself set up organizationally so I could thrive.
The results from just six months of working together are remarkable!
I feel less isolated and far more engaged in projects and relationships with my co-workers; both those I manage and my superiors. I am more confident in my abilities and approach everything more powerfully and with the authority required in my position. I am less vulnerable and as a result more open, honest and empathetic with my team members. This is generating newfound, much improved working relationships overall.
Nancy helped me develop a process for being organized, prepared and for getting things done. I am so much better at calendaring from the skills I learned. This enables me to know what’s going on in my days so I can actually plan accordingly and be prepared, which has exponentially increased both my productivity, job performance and overall happiness.
I highly and wholeheartedly recommend Nancy.”

"When I came to Nancy, I was at a crossroads in my career—both underpaid and suffering under a bad boss. (You should know that by the end of our work together, I landed the job of my dreams and increased my salary by over 200%) The situation in the office was tense and the stress carried over into home life. Something had to change. Working with Nancy helped me regain focus and build self-esteem while. Together we identified priorities and did solid planning that got me through a bad situation and blossomed in to a new level of business success. She understands the real world. She brings clarity and perspective. She made me both stronger and wiser and whatever success I have moving forward is do in large part to working with Nancy Snell."

"I am the co-founder and CEO of a 70 person company. Time is my most precious resource, so focusing my time is mission critical. Having ADD complicates my ability to focus and thus squanders the one resource I can't get more of...time. I was referred to Nancy Snell. Nancy quickly understood the nature of my challenge and how it was impacting my ability to function optimally. In a supportive, non-judgmental, encouraging manner she began to introduce me to the concepts and tools necessary to gain control of my days, my calendar and ultimately my life. Week by week, we got my brief case orderly, my desk cleared, my to-do list manageable and a sense of control back in my life. I'm very grateful to Nancy and the wonderful work we did together and would certainly recommend her coaching services.”

“In the Spring of 2006, I was an understaffed manager in a new role at work. I sought out a coach to help me to organize and prioritize an overwhelming workload. …somehow I was managing to keep things from falling through the cracks. I began to admit to myself that I was growing afraid that I lacked the innate skills to progress to an overdue promotion. My job description contained enough for three people, and I was aware that I was not connecting with my boss in a manner that inspired his confidence. I hardly had time to even make an appointment with Nancy… in our first meeting, I bumbled through a litany of challenges that I experienced on a daily basis.
Nancy explained that I was working at a high rate of efficiency - maybe 75-80%, and that everyone was bombarded with emails and phone calls at work in the same way. She indicated that she could work with me to improve my perception at work, increase my efficiency rate to 90%, and that I could begin to see results in a matter of weeks. Nancy immediately helped me to identify solutions to help create the outward impression of organization. We also immediately began to work on managing my time more effectively in order to slowly arrest the chaotic momentum… I was so lucky to have begun working with Nancy when I did, because I had simultaneously begun to receive signals that my boss was going to hire someone to manage me. Nancy was instrumental in helping me to prepare myself to overcome the fear of engaging my boss on the subject. That conversation was a success…
Thanks to Nancy, I was fortunate to identify and address chronically repeating situations that made me uncomfortable… This really helped me to muster up the courage I needed to clearly communicate in ways I did not know I was capable…. As time went on, those uncomfortable and chronically repeating situations diminished and were replaced with very strong and healthy relationships.
The benefits of working with Nancy did not end a year later when I aced my performance review and achieved a promotion, raise, and larger bonus… I am really grateful that I was able to work with Nancy, and credit her coaching as the reason why I have been so upbeat despite all of the challenges in 2008 and 2009, which are really great opportunities for growth.”

“Nancy Snell's business coaching helped me tremendously. Before working with Nancy, I had a great deal of anxiety at work caused by lack of communication and organization. She helped me formulate my motto: "It's always OK to communicate" which I followed and continue to follow to this day. She taught me to be vigilant about getting things in writing from my coworkers and how to follow up on meetings, calls and conversations with a memo or e-mail. I can’t say enough about how many times this alone has saved me!
Most importantly, Nancy helped me learn the skills to organize and focus on my work using a daily planner. I now know how to break my day up in half hour increments from 8 am to 6 pm, which makes it possible for me to get my daily, weekly and monthly to-do list done. And miracle of miracles I actually do! Months later, I continue to rely on the great work habits I learned through my coaching with Nancy. I am so much happier not only at work but in my personal life as well. The issues I was anxious about have virtually disappeared. What a gift. I would highly recommend Nancy to anyone interested in making significant, sustainable changes in their lives and enjoying the process too."

“When I had first started with Nancy I struggled with follow up and completing tasks. She helped me build systems so I am able to keep on top of a very full load and I reach my goals. In the process of creating organized and flowing tasks and follow up lists we also uncovered some reasons for procrastinating. Wow!!! These were such light bulb moments. Just a little shift in how you approach or thing about something can make a world of a difference in getting it done.
I promised Nancy I would have the testimonial done on a certain day and because of how wonderful these systems are working I am able to get it done. I guess finishing this testimonial is really the testimony to Nancy.
Thank you Nancy and I am looking forward to working with you again."

"ADD and AD/HD are hot topics that certified coach Nancy Snell talks about with confidence, experience and clarity. She has an energetic and enthusiastic style; and offers grounded, no-nonsense information that only someone educated, trained and living with ADD in her own life can offer. This is a hot topic. She is a hot guest who made my telephone line sizzle."

"Coaching has helped me to unstick myself and amazingly to detach from many of my old unproductive habits. I am more confident in my abilities, more respectful of and committed to myself, and less fearful than I have ever been. I’m coming to appreciate incremental progress and have stuck with this program long enough to see the incremental progresses build on themselves to create real change. I’m most proud of three things: After procrastinating for over a year I was admitted to the bar, got a fabulous new job and learned how to use my planner so effectively that I feel as if I am totally in control of my life for the first time ever! This has been the best investment for my future that I could have ever made."

"Nancy is the real deal when it comes to ADD coaching. She has a true insider’s understanding of the issues, challenges and heartaches those with ADD face on a daily basis. When I started working with her, I was 51, newly diagnosed with ADD and suffering a real crisis of confidence. Although my work experiences have been quite successful, my so-called ‘process’ was excruciating at times, affecting all aspects of my life. Nancy helped turn me around by empowering me to create an effective, action-based approach to overcoming my feelings of being overwhelmed and ready to throw in the towel. I now have important tools at my disposal and am starting graduate studies this fall - something I would have thought impossible before. Coaching with Nancy is a good investment…plain and simple!”

"I decided to work with Nancy after she made a presentation at my job. At that time, I was very concerned about where I was going with my career. She talked about having a "sense of urgency" during her presentation, and those three words spoke to me directly. I knew at that point that I needed to address those things that I knew were hindering my career development, and I had a sense that Nancy might be able to help me. Nancy's coaching helped me to redefine the perspective I had regarding the issues that were impeding my success. She helped me to create concrete solutions and strategies to address my issues, and to make connections between those issues and the goals that I wanted to achieve. Once she helped me to shift my perspective, I found myself doing those things at work that I was unable to do before. It was really amazing! I love her approach; very easy-going, very supportive, but constructive when needed. A perfect blend for me. Thank you, Nancy, for believing in me and helping me to see that I can indeed accomplish those things I once thought were impossible!”
